The new Mercedes-Benz GLE is a flagship luxury mid-size SUV available in three powertrain configurations — GLE 300d 4MATIC (198 kW / 269 hp 4-cylinder diesel), GLE 450 4MATIC (280 kW / 381 hp inline-6 petrol) and GLE 450d 4MATIC (270 kW / 367 hp inline-6 diesel) — all paired with a 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission, 4MATIC all-wheel drive and a 48V mild-hybrid ISG system that adds up to 15 kW and 200 Nm of boost. The GLE 450d delivers a class-leading 750 Nm of torque and a 0–100 km/h sprint of 5.6 seconds, matching the GLE 450 petrol. Exterior highlights include an optimised front design with a new radiator grille, adaptive MULTIBEAM LED headlamps, a panoramic sliding sunroof, 20-inch AMG light-alloy wheels and the Night Package with black design elements. The exclusive GLE Night Edition layers in nappa leather black upholstery, anthracite open-pore oak wood trim, black door sills and AMG line interior with a sports steering wheel. AIRMATIC adaptive air suspension is available with the GLE 450 and 450d. Inside, the GLE offers a highly variable cabin with a fully electric second seat row, a third row for two with EASY-ENTRY, the Rear Comfort Package, a head-up display and a 13-speaker Burmester Surround Sound system.
